Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be clear and straightforward, reflecting the timeline of our work.

1. Eligible for Refund

A full refund may be requested before services commence. Specifically, you may request a refund after receiving the legal agreement and/or county cost invoice, provided you do not agree to proceed and no legal work has begun.

2. Ineligible for Refund

No refunds will be issued once services have commenced. "Commencement of services" occurs when you agree to proceed after receiving your documents and intake review, at which point our firm begins drafting notices, filing paperwork, or providing consultations.

3. Court Fees

Filing costs and court fees are invoiced separately from the service package. Once these fees have been paid to the court or process server, they are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund prior to the commencement of services, please contact us through our contact form with your name, purchase details, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel the service
