Please read these terms carefully before using EZ Eviction of Alabama.

1. Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Client") and EZ Eviction of Alabama ("Firm").

2. Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this website, submission of inquiries, or purchase of services does not establish an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only formed upon execution of a formal representation agreement.

3. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The Firm exclusively practices law in the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be governed by Alabama law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jefferson County, Alabama.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Firm makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any legal matter. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. The legal process is subject to court schedules, judicial discretion, and tenant responses.

5. Required Disclaimer

No representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers.

6. Scope of Services

Services are limited to the specific package purchased. The Full Eviction Package includes notice to judgment but does not include hearing appearance. Filing costs vary by county and are invoiced separately.

7. Right to Refuse Representation

The Firm reserves the right to decline representation for any reason prior to the execution of a formal agreement and commencement of services. If representation is declined after purchase but before services commence, a full refund will be issued.
