Provide your lease agreement and details regarding the specific situation.

06 County Cost Invoice

(Full Package Only) You will receive a separate invoice for filing costs, which vary by county.

Agree to proceed or request a refund before any legal work begins.

Our team begins the eviction process.

Note: Because the firm offers flat-rate services, fees are not billed hourly. However, in accordance with applicable ethical obligations and the Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct, any unearned portion of a fee remains subject to refund in the event representation terminates before completion of the agreed services.

Any refund determination will be made based upon the scope of work completed, the stage of representation reached, time and labor expended, filings and court appearances completed, administrative and litigation-related work performed, and the overall reasonable value of services rendered prior to termination of representation.

Full Package includes one free 15-minute consultation. Additional consultations require an extra fee.
